Joining together with the best international teacher, Karen Kirkness who hs 15+ years training and teaching experience with students worldwide. 

We have formed a unique teaching team that encompasses a Dynamic, Knowledgeable and Inspirationaloutlook on yoga and beyond. Enabling us to create a Teacher Training of the highest standard available here in Dublin.

Together we are connecting and bringing a Yoga Teacher Training that encompasses a combination of their knowledge, Experience & Journey to help you feel your body, open your eyes and give a part of yourselves to others through learning, observing, participating, questioning, teaching, exploring & assisting.

Our aim is to educate you with confidence, openness, Love & understanding to share with others as a Yoga Teacher how Yoga can stimulate, Nourish and enrich their lives through practice on their mat. To empower you with skills and opportunities which cultivate and shine through in your life.

We value our program as a dedication to the student to really feel, understand and experiment with the movement of the body and the underlying eight limbs which fulfill the practice.

February 2019: 4 Day intensive

Thursday 21st – Sunday 24th (7am – 5pm)

May 2019: 6 Day intensive 

Wednesday 1st – Monday 6th  (7am – 5.30pm)

June 2019: 6 Day intensive 

Saturday 1st – Wednesday 5th  (7am – 5.30pm)

August 2019: 9 day intensive

Friday 2nd – Wednesday 7th (7am – 5pm)

REFUND POLICY:

Cancellations made more than 3 weeks prior to the start of the training may receive a full refund less deposit. Cancellations made within 3 weeks or during the training will not receive a refund.
