Curious about Barre but a bit nervous to jump into an established class? Why not learn the basics and build skill and confidence over three weeks with us?

This barre course combines standing pilates and cardio elements for bone health, balance, Strength & agility!

Breaking does the basics to this challenging yet inspiring class, that will leave you uplifted and motivated :)


Barre fitness is a hybrid workout class - combining ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and strength training. Barre also focuses on high reps of small range movements.

NO Ballet experience, just a small amount of space & a chair!!!
