Morning Qigong & Yin

Alternative sequences of yin lines and yang lines 

Meridian Sequencing & Meditations

Yin Pranayama

2 extra meridians and The Great Channel

Trauma/ pain & emotional release discussions

Finishing with 2hr Masterclass each day to tie everything together

This course is for any graduate who is ready to unravel deeper layers to teach to and learn more about the benefits of yin yoga.

ABOUT MELANIE MCLAUGHLIN

Mel has been passionate about a yin-style practice for over 10 years, through her own personal practice and self-study. In 2012 Mel formalised her training with Paul Grilley, and since then has acquired 240hrs through his Teacher Training programs in the USA. She continues to revisit him for ongoing training, and now shares this wealth of experience, insight and expertise through her very own Yoga Australia recognized 100-hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training, 50hr Yin Teacher Training, and Advanced Yin Teacher Training courses. She is excited to be sharing this Advanced module with you and integrate her knowledge of Yin Yoga, Qigong, Metaphysics and Acu-Energetics.

PRE-REQUISITES

This course is open to anyone who has completed at least 50hrs of Yin Yoga Teacher Training. 

Participants who wish to gain a teaching certificate for this Advanced Yin Yoga Training will need to have successfully completed a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training course prior to commencing the Yin Yoga Teacher Training (copy of certificate must be submitted for verification).

RECOGNITION

This training is recognized by Yoga Alliance/YACEP for accredited hours & continuing Professional Development (CPD) points and member upgrades. You will receive 15 CPD points.
