Inner Power-Outer Strength workshop
Yoga as a practice offers a medium to train and hone our physical bodies, while also focusing our attention and cultivating our awareness. This workshop will dive into the foundations of building power and strength in our bodies and minds.
We will move through sequences to strengthen our arms, shoulders and core mindfully, with attention to the details and consideration of your needs.
We will explore a variety of arm balances within the Yoga practice and have a play with handstands.
This Workshop is suitable for beginners and for those with a little more experience who want to develop their strength in a focused and dedicated session.
