Blissful Blooming Mama’s Mini Retreat -

This workshop will give you time to fill up your well of self care, love and compassion towards yourself as well as bond with baby. Pregnancy is an enormous challenge mentally & physically. Create space for yourself by coming to this workshop, practice yoga to support pregnancy and birth, learn calming breathing techniques and relax deeply. Your nervous system will be soothed and mindset more positive. Your baby (or babies) will also sense you slowing down, a treat for you and baby!
Being pregnant is one of the biggest joys a woman can experience, however it comes with its ups and downs, aches and pains and many times can be an emotional rollercoaster. Creating space to take a workshop that focuses on preparing for pregnancy, birth & motherhood allows you to focus on yourself, to tune into your needs, leave any cares behind, ask questions, feel heard and bond with baby but most of all switch off to relax, rejuvenate your mind & body as well as have a blissful experience.
Suitable from 12wks pregnant.
What the mini retreat will cover:
* A 70min yoga class designed to prepare your body for birth through breath and yoga poses known to be most useful during the birth of a baby & how to use all the props in a yoga room to make your relaxation even more comfortable.
*. A 20minute Blissful Relaxation to unwind.
* A 15 min break for a treat provided by Melissa & Yoga Next Door, Toilet Break. Q&A
* A 30minute Deep Relaxation. This includes fear releasing and how to create a positive mindset through affirmations and a guided visualisation.
*. Melissa is also very happy to answer any Q at the end of the workshop
