Briohny and Dice of Bryce Yoga have been teaching Yoga together for almost a decade. Their love for the practice shines through in their teachings and their lives. They specialize in guiding students towards a deeper connection with their body through a thorough study of how Yoga Asana effects the muscles and joints.
They love teaching the foundation of alignment in basic postures to help students get stronger mentally and physically, preparing them for advanced asana and an intelligent, lifelong Yoga journey.
