Join Naomi for one or two Masterclasses this September.
These masterclasses will help support your practice that you enjoy while giving you the tools to understand and move in a way that you need. Drawing from Yoga, Pilates, Frc training and a range of modalities, Naomi has created these classes to weave together all the elements of healthy and sustainable movements to support your body, practice and life.
September 19th 7.30pm-9pm
Elements- To BEGIN
Movement capacity begins with our joints. If we want to gain movement and control or expand our capabilities, we must begin with assessing our joints. This class will allow time to focus on the foundations of all of our joint movements, how to create and expand our ranges of mobility and flexibility, and effectively progress your strengthening and conditioning. We will explore the potential capacities in your Spine, Hips and Shoulders, as well as the smaller joints of the arms and legs. You will have time to become aware of and begin to understand what you need in your body and how you can integrate that into your Yoga practice.

Elements- To FLOW
This class will progress from exploring joint capacities to integrating movements and awareness into a sequence where you can feel more at flow and ease in your body. Finding flow in a supported and deeply sustainable way will allow you to find further freedom and potential that can feel truly nourishing and enjoyable. This class will focus on creating a moving experience that feels smart, beneficial and not having to stop and 'think'. The feeling is about taking the elements we know are good for us from a gym or training facility experience and allowing it to blend with your Yoga seamlessly.
