Without a doubt although joyous and magical, the life of a woman can be overwhelming and exhausting, therefore, taking time out for yourself helps you to fill your cup so you have something to pour into others.

We invite all women to come and honour their extraordinary journey. We will create a space for you during these 2.5hrs to reconnect, pause, refill and reset.

Our mission is that you will radiate from the inside, outside, all over after spending time nourishing yourself with some ‘me time’ & recharing your super powers.  We truly believe that ‘self-care’ is ‘healthcare’.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

230-340PM: 70MINUTE WOMENS HEALTH YOGA CLASS

This class will incorporate everything a womens body needs. A meditation to ground and become present, melissa will bring her spikey balls so you can massage the feet, upper back and glutes to hyrdate your tissues, increase the arches of the feet for foot & pelvic floor health as well as avoid or erradicate the likes of bunions & stiff feet.  Also included will be, tension melting shoulder yoga poses, lower back strengthening, find your true core, discover movement and breath techniques to help bring more awareness and vitality to your pelvic floor muscles and all this will finish with a delicious well needed relaxation.

4PM-415PM: WOMENS CIRCLE

Melissa will show you her version of the Cherokee Dance of life – A womens dance that encourages clearing out that which doesn’t serve us and draw in that which will nourish us.

415PM – 5PM: DEEP RELAXATION SOUND BATH WITH MELISSA & JUDIT

A luxurious deep relaxation guided by Judit whilst if you wish Melissa will give your neck & hands a mini massage as well as hands on assists to give more space around your lower back and shoulders blades.  All this whilst you bathe in Judit’s magical sound bath.
