Event Description
Kids yoga (Age 5 - 9yrs )
Saturday morning 12pm-12.45pm
Pre-Teen yoga (Age 10 - 12yrs)
Saturday Afternoon 2.15pm - 3pm
A mindful approach to getting connected with life, using our breath to be calm and having fun using creativity and the body to building strength and confidence...
The term will run for 10 weeks. We provide Yoga mats !
