Classes will be 45 minutes long and are located in our Pilates Studio 

Yoga mats & props will be supplied for the children

A fantastic opportunity to introduce your little ones to their yoga mat a place of growing, confidence, stimulation of their imagination, interaction and an awareness of learning about the breath and movement in a child friendly manner.

Our teachers are all certified children’s yoga teachers. Clare Corcoran has being teaching kids yoga for 5 years and has vast experience, knowledge and training including children with special needs and kids meditation. We are so happy that she will be joining our team and helping us bring what we love to teach to the younger generation.
