Friday - 90 minute Masterclass

7pm - 8.30pm

Radical Embodiment. All Levels Masterclass.

A slow, detailed, meditative flow that will help you explore a nuanced way of articulating body, breath and attention. Detailed and refined verbal cues will guide you seamlessly through a deeply nourishing practice that will unfold and progress organically. Clearing out some of the stagnation and stickiness that tends to build up over the winter to give you more capacity to rise from.
