Restore & More Women's Urban/Mini Retreat March 12th 230pm-5pm

.

Without a doubt, although joyous and magical, the stages and demands on the life of a woman can be overwhelming and exhausting. Taking time out for yourself helps you to fill your self worth cup & also means you have something extra to give others.


We invite all women to come and honour their extraordinary journey. Melissa will create a space for you during these 2 hrs 45mins to reconnect, pause, refill and reset.  

We will work from the feet up ensuring a well rounded class suited to female anatomy. We will ground ourselves with meditation, movement including yoga & pilates, practice mudras for empowerment and of course have some fun as well as melt into the comforts this stunning yoga room has to offer with restorative yoga and relaxation.


Our mission is that you will radiate from the inside out, all over after spending time

nourishing yourself with some ‘me time’ whilst re-charing your super powers. We truly believe

that ‘self-care’ is ‘healthcare’.


We are also so excited to welcome teacher and sound bath facilitator, Susan Farrell, who will guide you through a blissful 30 minute guided relaxation with a magical sound bath. Susan will be bringing her soft gong, Tibetan bowls & chimes to help you drift into a deep immersive full body therapeutic experience whilst wrapped up in all the comforts our props, blankets, cushions and gorgeous room offer.


WHAT TO EXPECT:


 ****PLEASE ARRIVE 15MINS EARLY AS THIS WORKSHOP WILL START PROMPTLY - PARKING IS FREE FOR 3HRS AROUND THE STUDIO OFF THE MAIN ROAD.


2.15pm - 2.30pm Welcome


230-4PM: 90 MINUTE WOMEN'S HEALTH YOGA CLASS


Melissa will bring her spikey balls so you can massage the feet, upper

back , hips and glutes to hydrate your tissues, relieve stiffness & feel the love. 

Discover how movement and the breath can help bring more awareness and

vitality to your pelvic floor muscles. Lots is in store so prepare to breathe, stretch, strengthen, connect and wind down followed by a 10min relaxation.  


4PM - 425PM: Toilet break, Cup of herbal tea & a healthy snack followed by a women's circle & a practice of letting go and welcoming.


430PM-5PM: Sound bath & guided relaxation with Susan Farrell
