Stefania will guide you through this Christamas break Masteclass..... Setting new intensions for a new year and cultivate a Balanced Yin, Yang Yoga Prcatice..
Prepare your body and mind to thestart the new year with the best intention. As we know the body needs movement, and the mind needs stillness... This Class will enable both :)
The class will be guided through funky transistions where you will be encouraged to expolre your edge in a safe way, with rounds of sun salutations and dynamic strengthing poses working on the muscles, nervous system & skin. This part will be fun, invigorating, preparing the mind for for a mindful Yin mediataion...
The focus of the Yin will help you explore the p;leasure of stillness helping you discover your inner self, allowing you to become intimate with yourself.
This combined practice will give you a fabouloys afterglow, enabling time to reflect, stetting new intentions and maybe goals for the new year.....
