Event Description
TEEN YOGA (Age 14-17)
8 week course starts Saturday May 12th
2pm - 3pm

This dynamic yoga class will be geared towards strengthening the body and mind and creating calm for the teenagers helping then achieve their daily activities with less stress.
Judit will lead a strong, Vinyasa flow class, talking them through the basics and nurturing their bodies and minds to create harmony, balance and strength.....each class will wind down with a 10-15 minute guided relation leaving the teen feeling refreshed and relaxed......
Teenagers will gain so much form the practice, learning breathing techniques to calm the body & still the mind....... releasing the body from constant seated stresses of Technology, studying & daily school activities........ cultivating awareness for mindfulness...... Reenergising the body through movement.....
The heat in the studio will provide the perfect conditions for the student to warm up and confidently carry out their practice...
