Menopause can be one or all of the following - Frustrating, escalating, confusing, depressing maybe time in a women life!

Yoga provides a way for you to acknowledge and befriend your feminine body with confidence

through one of its most important changes –as it journeys towards the wisdom years.

Yoga can help with coping mechanisms, relief in navigating  peri-menopause or post-menopausal symptoms in a positive light!

In this workshop you will learn the transformative yoga tools of asana (postures), pranayama (breath work), restorative yoga,, meditation, visualisation and self-reflection to minimize some of the difficult aspects of menopause.

This supportive workshop taught by Senior Yoga teacher Paula Mccarthy will also provide practical information and useful lifestyle tips for menopausal women.

​Beginners welcome, no experience necessary.
