The two classes offer two quite unique but equally important pathways. They both inform each other and are designed to help you not only access this inner vibrancy but quantum leap your physical practice. So if you make both you won’t regret it!

Thursday:
7pm - 8.30pm. (90 minutes)
Structure and Skills. This one is key for you to grow and deepen your physical practice. Especially if you love a flow practice. Gain the understanding of what movement patterns are holding you back and learn the skills to go deeper safer and more efficiently. It’ll be physical, educational and so densely packed with powerful tips that all will help you grow your practice for months to come.

Friday:
7pm- 8.30pm. (90 minutes)
It’s all about the experience. A dive deep flow that will bypass your cognitive mind, accessing deeper realms. It’s slow, it’s physical, it’s meditative yet challenging. It’s a dive deep experience into your own vibrancy. Nuancing the breath as you progressively unfold your physicality through slow, detailed and nuanced movement. Thursday’s information will immensely serve you in this class but if you can’t make both this is still a stand alone class that will work really well for you.
