Lisa and Tom are back with another workshop of sound infused Yin bliss! Unravel your physical tension through long mindful holds and release emotional blocks with live sound healing with Tibetan singing bowls and other instruments.

Join us as Lisa creates a yin yoga practice in resonance to the magical sounds of singing bowls, gong and other vibrational instruments played by Tom. In this workshop the yin yoga practice in combination with the pure therapeutic sound vibrations guides our body to a deep and more profound level of awareness. The vibrations from the singing bowls allow the body to open and release and as a result we go deeper into the yin poses.

The workshop will finish with a short relaxing Sound Bath.

Complete beginners welcome! Just wear something you are comfortable moving in and bring a blanket for extra cosiness!
