Stefania will guide you into a powerful 90 minutes Yin & Yang Masterclass 

This Yin & Yang will create a balance between body and mind through an accessible practice that combines warming, dynamic, fun, fluid sequences with deep, Yin rejuvenating postures and meditation.

The Master Class is designed to encourage detoxification and to cultivate inner balance after the challenging 2020 and to create new inner space for the year to come.  

Stefania will encourage you to move forward with intention while exploring your body with awareness, gentleness and self-compassion.
