Knitting may seen like something your grandmother might do... buts its one of the most relaxing hobbies to have :) The perfect time of year to get stated for the cosy fire nights and gift exchanges of December !!!

We are running a 4 week Beginners morning Yoga & Knitting course Starting this September...

Tuesday Sept 17th : 10.30am - 12pm

Tuesday Sept 24th: 10.30am - 12pm

Tuesday Oct 1st: 10.30am - 12pm

Tuesday October 8th: 10.30am - 12pm

Each Class will begin with a short guided mediation and beginners yoga flow..... From here we will begin a knitting project which will take us though 4 weeks of connection, movement, Craft & fun !

This Course will be Limited to 15 people SO Pre- booking Advised....

€100 for the Full 4 weeks Non Members

€80 for Active Studio Members
