Sarah Ramsden has over a decade of experience working with top physios in Premier League football clubs, and training yoga teachers to avoid unknowingly injuring others.

A great mix of practice, applied anatomy, group work plus Q+A to empower you to help yourself and/or your students.

YOGA & RUNNING: How Yoga Helps You Perform Better, Injure Less & Recover Faster.

An Expert Workshop for Yoga Practitioners and Teachers

If you are a runner, or have runners in your class, then this in-depth running workshop is for you!

We will focus entirely on running and how a complimentary yoga practice can improve performance, reduce injury, help treat niggly injuries, boost your recovery and keep you running for years to come!

You will be come away empowered to use specific yoga-inspired practice to boost your running, or as a teacher to assist your students confidently and safely. 

We will delve into the common running injuries – runners’ knee, shin splints, runners’ bum etc. – and you will learn how yoga can help prevent and alleviate these conditions and keep you - and your students if you are a teacher - running happily and injury free.

We will look at Mindflow in relation to running and help you discover the power of your mind to improve recovery and enhance your joy in running.

Using a mix of practice, lecture, small group work and Q&A, Sarah’s workshops are always packed with learning and real-life examples. It will be inspiring, challenging and above all fun! 


Sarah Ramsden is a Yoga Alliance Professionals Trainer Pro and Senior Teacher. Best known for her long-term work at Manchester City and Manchester United Football Clubs, she has spent 20 years studying, teaching and developing the role of yoga within sport – from elite, Olympic and professional athletes to regular runners, cyclists, triathletes and weekend warriors.

YOGA & CYCLING: How Yoga Helps You Perform Better, Injure Less & Recover Faster. An Expert Workshop for Yoga Practitioners and Teachers

If you are a cyclist – road or MTB - or have cyclists in your class, then this in-depth cycling workshop is for you!

We will focus entirely on cycling and how a complimentary yoga practice can improve performance, reduce injury, help treat niggly injuries, boost your recovery and keep you in the saddle for years to come!

You will be come away empowered to use specific yoga-inspired practice to boost your cycling, or as a teacher to assist your students confidently and safely.

We will delve into the common cycling injuries – lower back pain, knee pain, neck pain etc. – and you will learn how yoga can help prevent and alleviate these conditions and keep you - and your students if you are a teacher - cycling happily and injury free.
