200 hr Yoga Teacher Training 2021

This training has been designed to help you feel your body, open your eyes and give you the tools to help you teach yoga with compassion and understanding.

Our aim is to educate you with a heart of passion and confidence so that you can share your passion of yoga with others. We will empower you to teach with skill and understanding so that others can enrich their lives through their practice.

We greatly value our team and together we have designed a program that has its students at heart. We want students to feel, understand and experiment with the wisdom of the body’s

movement while having the eight limbs at its core.

MODULE 1

March 19-22 (Fri-Mon 8am-5:30pm)

Anatomy & biomechanics of Yoga, asana study, meditation & teaching tools

MODULE 2

April 10-11 (Sat-Sun 8am-5:30pm)

April 17-18 (Sat-Sun 8am-5:30pm)

Smart & effective sequencing, communicating through props, training your voice & language

MODULE 3

April 30-May 3 (Fri-Mon 8am-5:30pm)

Subtle body, energetics, pranayama, physiology and integrated practice

MODULE 4

June 4-7 (Fri-Mon 8am-5:30pm)

Yoga history & philosophy, being in the seat of a teacher & principles of teaching pre-natal and post-natal yoga

MODULE 5

June 25-28 (Fri-Mon 8am-5:30pm)

The business of Yoga, principles of restorative and yin yoga, teaching beginners, accessible yoga, business ethics

Wednesday evenings from 24th March - 23rd June 2021 inclusive *no class on Wednesday, 31st March 2021 (Easter Week)

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations made more than 3 weeks prior to the start of the training may receive a full refund less deposit. Deposit €650. Cancellations made within 4 weeks or during the training will not receive a refund.

100% attendance is required for certificate to be awarded
