Who is this For?

This Yoga Alliance certified training is designed for yoga teachers who thirst
to immerse themselves in the practice and teaching of Yoga. Through foundational and advanced asana practice and a variety of expert presenters and modules, your knowledge will expand.

We recommend that trainees be 200hr certified and have at least 6 months of consistent teaching experience. This can include anything from public classes, privates, corporate classes, online videos, or charity classes. The instruction will take deeper root if you’ve had some teaching experience under your belt.

To graduate, students must showcase their understanding of the material covered in the training. This is done by completing all hours and outside assignments as well as passing a final exam. Graduation is dependent on the fulfillment of all requirements and not guaranteed.

What to expect?…

This 300 hour teacher training is an immersive experience that fosters the space for personal and professional transformation. Training days will be filled with Yoga practice, lectures, Asana clinics, Pranyama & Meditation and much more. Students will have 1/2 day off every 6 days to ensure they have time to relax and rest their bodies.

However, optional morning practices will be offered on these days. Although we work hard, we encourage students to listen to their bodies and rest or observe practices when needed. Students do NOT need to be able to do inversions or arm balances to take this training. However, they will leave with a deeper understanding of how to incorporate these advanced postures in their own practice and teachings.
