February Spring Awakening Pilates 34 moves challenge.. It is time to wake that body from hibernation, stand taller, stand stronger....... to cross the finish line is invigorating!!!

Join us keeping the spirits lifted all the while building strength! We will come together twice a week for the month to learn the introduction to the 34 moves and build progressively .
Join us and challenge yourself body & mind with a community that will go the lengths with you:)
Mondays Feb - 7th & 14th & 21st & 28th 6.30pm
Wednesdays 3rd, 10th, 17th & 24th - 6.30pm

Joseph Pilates intended his matwork to be learnt and practiced with the goal of completing 34 original moves every day with control, flow, centering, concentration, breathe work, precision and relaxation
Hannah Ryan completed the 34 moves every single day for a whole year in 2018 as a new years resolution and it completely transformed her mind/ body connection. Strengthening and lengthening muscles to get rid of pain, misalignment/ imbalances in the body

The 34 moves are designed to flow in a particular order to balance our bodies and relax our minds, join Hannah every Monday and Wednes at 6:30pm on Zoom to learn these moves from the ground up (no previous experience required)
