Join Erin Kelly in a fun and funky 90 minute Vinyasa flow that will help you tap into your creative side.

We will be working out all the wiggles, offering unusual but useful transitions, and grooving to some great music as we move on our mat. This class will focus in Erin’s traditional style stemming each movement from the core all the while cultivating a slow and lasting graceful strength. We will be encouraged to look at the spaces in between postures, as Erin focuses on the moments in between postures and more so what we can learn on the way the destination. We will have opportunity’s to either turn it up or down on the ride, offering chances to find flight in inversions and arm balances or submerge in a shape longer. There will be hips, there will be twists, there will be sweat and a whole lot of fun!

*All levels welcome, and modifications shared for challenging postures. Come and enjoy the ride!

“Finding Flight” 3 hr Inversion Clinic

Lead by Erin Kelly @erinkellyart

Are you on the #questforthepress? Maybe looking to hone stability and strength in your inversion practice? Or just enjoy checking out the world from a new perspective while you explore life upside down?

Join Erin Kelly for a three-hour clinic geared to help you strengthen and explore your FOREARM STAND and HANDSTAND, all while cultivating the muscular awareness necessary for pressing or floating up from the ground.

We will tap into deep core muscles as we move through a funky flow that is jam packed with drills that you can add to your personal practice and then put your new tricks into practice in the workshops section. Learn warm-ups, key strength-building drills, and

helpful modifications to lift yourself up from your forearms and your hands.

Feel excited! Great!

Feel a bit Not quite ready to press yet? Rest assured, Erin believes that this strength is built within one’s practice so in the flow and movements provided will also deepen your full body

awareness leading to more confidence and stability upside down. Finding float is open to all levels (modifications always provided), but encouraged for those with a regular practice and some previous inversion exploration. To make the most of this workshop, it is encouraged that students are able to hold a handstand or forearm stand (using the wall/partner is fine) for at least 10 seconds.

We will probably sweat, we will probably laugh, most likely we will fall and quite possibly unlock something magical in your inversion practice.

Erin is known for her personal grace and fluidity of movement in both practice and teaching, and can often be found upside down or cultivating creativity through unusual transitions. Her teaching style is refreshing and playful, while still incorporating precise cues and pose breakdowns to help students understand the movements of their bodies and the path to personal growth. In her teachings, she focuses more on the journey in between postures. She feels that an immense amount of strength and mental clarity can be built in what we commonly rush through.

She continues to develop a strong personal practice, studying various lineages, and consciously

chooses not be defined by a particular school or style. Currently, Erin is excited for this year, to attend Jules Mitchell’s advanced 300 Ytt, gaining her certificate in FRC- functional Range Conditioning and diving deeper in to her awareness of the human anatomy in attending Anatomy Trains Cadaver lab. Most recently she completed a 300 Ytt with Patrick Beach and Carling Harps. She also trained under Megan Currie, Ana Forrest and also spent many hours training with Tearson Bickmore from the Noah Maze School, as well as received extended hours in Dharma and Rocket under a Yancy Schwartz mentorship.

Erin has written for or been featured in Mantra Magazine, Yoga Guide Magazine and Yoga Journal, as

well as made many appearances on national and international media sources. She has online classes and continued education courses available on AuthenticMovements.com, Omstars founded by Kino MacGrego and AloMoves. These days, you can find her focusing her time on creating unique, informative, and stimulating classes, workshops, and trainings, often with her teaching partner Steph Gongora.

A true artist by nature, Erin received a BFA in Oil Painting with a minor in Art History and Psychology, from The Maryland Institute College of Art. She is passionate about the idea that if we open our bodies up physically, we can tap into all sorts of creative, emotional, and psychological breakthroughs. Whether

it’s with a paintbrush in hand or through body movement, Erin is continuously creating her own

form of art and expression and believes we all have this freedom of expression found in all creative languages.
