Join Lisa for a fun mini-course that will help you to feel

happy and confident in joining any yoga class


Whether you’re in it to tone up or tune up, meditate or move mindfully, Lisa will help you to discover the essentials. You will spend four Thursday evenings together finding out how to breathe and bend, flex and flow, stretch and surrender. You’ll cover all of the main poses – starting with their names!


Complete beginners welcome! Just wear something you are comfortable moving in.

Week 1 – Ground and breathe Monday Oct 4th 6.30pm-7.45pm 


Find your feet in standing poses like mountain pose, side-angle pose, downward-facing dog and the warrior series.


Week 2 – Twist and release Monday Oct 11th 6.30pm - 7.45pm

How to safely create space in the hamstrings and find fluidity in the spine.

Demystifying backward bends and forward folds. 


Week 3 – Salute Monday Oct 18th 6.30pm -7.15pm


Sun salutations: how to break down and rebuild the central sequence of any flow class.


Week 4 – Balance and play Monday Oct 25th 6.30pm - 7.15pm


Understand core strength, unilateral balance and how to integrate and radiate!!
