Introduction to MINDFULNESS

This is a live and group based learning where we employ the practices of mindfulness and apply

them to everyday life.

Explore foundations and themes that draw on Eastern philosophy and Western psychology

Guidelines on how to establish a daily practice Reflect and discuss discoveries through practice.

Interweaving these practices to reduce daily stressors and give a more fluid flow to your day.


MINDFULNESS

This is a structured course and each week builds on the previous week.

Training the attention- we understand the wandering mind and build a capacity for

attentiveness.

Gaining perspective - Stepping back to see how we experience things

Understand how creating a pause helps us to become more 'responsive' human beings rather

than 'reactive'

Donna trained as a Hatha yoga in 2003. She is a Certified Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Teacher and teaches in the corporate sector.

She is currently pursuing her Postgraduate in Mindfulness in University College Cork and is passionate about combining the neuorscience with Eastern philosophies to enhance wellbeing, appreciation and joy in life.
