Join Yoga Teachers and Handstand Enthusiasts Noel and Elaine as they help you build a strong foundation on how to develop a Handstand.

Two teachers to guide you and lead you safely all the while letting go of fear and having fun exploring your journey to Handstand.

Feeling the fear with the word Handstand, lets Challenge that hands on!!! and fulfill your practice......... its all about the approach and laying the foundations :) its fun, its exhilarating & confidence building!

This 2 hour workshop you will learn the basics to finding your way upside down as well as learning how to enter and how to bail safely!!

We will warm up our wrists, shoulders and core and break down different elements of handstands that you can work on as you progress.

We will explore and play in going upside down and how you can build up your endurance and ability.

As we cool down and calm our bodies, we will take time to appreciate, love and find gratitude for all that you can do and achieve.
