Lisa & Tom are back with a magical morning of Yin Yoga & Sound Bath.

Step out of the hustle and bustle to experience a little bit of magic with Lisa & Tom collaborating to bring you a grounding two hour yin yoga and sound bath inviting self-care, self-love, self-acceptance.

Lisa will guide this the serene yin yoga sequence to the relaxing and healing sound vibrations of Tom’s Tibetan singing bowls, gong, koshi chimes and ocean drum.

Beginning with a short, guided meditation, this workshop will nourish the body, mind & soul creating a wonderful feeling of calm, peace & relaxation. Allow yourself time to bring awareness to those areas of tension in the body and mind with the space to release and let go of what you do not need. This practice will leave you feeling blissfully rejuvenated and ready for the New Year ahead!

Complete beginners welcome! Just wear something you are comfortable moving in and bring a blanket for extra cosiness!
