Classes will be 45 - 60 minutes long and are located in our Pilates Studio 

Yoga mats and props will be supplied for the children.

A fantastic opportunity to introduce your little ones to their yoga mat a place of growing, confidence, stimulation of their imagination, interaction and an awareness of learning about the breath and movement in a child friendly manner.



Our teachers will be bringing their teaching methods to our Pre-Teen class (Aged 10- 13yrs). This class will set the foundations for yoga, increasing strength & flexibility. The class will also teach the children through awareness, focus & breath beautiful skills for coping with any stresses of modern day schooling.
