Restorative zen yoga workshop with Caroline

Zoom & Zen Restorative workshop.

Sunday 6th December 4pm-6pm 

In this 2hr online restorative workshop you will be guided through a sequence of Restorative yoga poses using props to encourage the body surrender into deep relaxation.

Helping the body to find stillness which in turn helps still the mind.

Our poses will be focusing on the 7 main Chakras to rebalance,restore & reset. 

Suitable for all levels, no experience needed. 

Just find a quiet space in your home in your comfy clothes with your mat & props and enjoy this well deserved time for you
