A perfect time to pause! November is a time to restore, prepare for winter, surrender to the cooler weather, darker evenings and of course observing the beautiful skies. We tend to crave more rest & earlier nights. The process of shifting more inward begins, we become more reflective, move to keep warm & are drawn to warmer food. 


Without a doubt, although joyous and magical, the stages and demands on the life of a woman can be overwhelming and exhausting. Taking time out for yourself helps you to fill your cup so you

have something to pour into others.  Nurture yourself and so that those around you can be nurtured by you. 


We invite all women to come and honour their extraordinary journey. Melissa will create a space for you during these 2.5hrs to reconnect, pause, refill and reset.  We will focus on finding balance and letting go. We will work from the feet up ensuring a well rounded class suited to female anatomy. We will ground ourselves with meditation, movement and fun as well as melt into the comforts this stunning yoga room has to offer with restorative yoga and relaxation.


Our mission is that you will radiate from the inside, outside, all over after spending time

nourishing yourself with some ‘me time’ whilst re-charing your super powers. We truly believe

that ‘self-care’ is ‘healthcare’.



WHAT TO EXPECT:


NOVEMBER YOGA NEXT DOOR 2.30PM – 5PM - ****PLEASE ARRIVE 15MINS EARLY AS THIS WORKSHOP WILL START PROMPTLY - PARKING IS FREE FOR 3HRS AROUND THE STUDIO EXCEPT BESIDE THE HILTON HOTEL


2.15pm - 2.30pm Welcome


230-4PM: 90MINUTE WOMENS HEALTH YOGA CLASS

Melissa will be using spikey balls so you can massage the feet, upper

back and glutes to hyrdate your tissues, add in some foot love as well as use them to melt any tension.  Discover how movement and the breath can help bring more awareness and

vitality to your pelvic floor muscles. Lots more is in store so prepare to breathe, stretch, strengthen, connect and wind down with restorative yoga followed by a 10min relaxation.  


4PM-415PM: CUP OF TEA & HEALTHY SNACK


420PM-430PM: WOMEN'S CIRCLE - A moment to reflect with a practice taken from a Native American ritual.  Giving thanks, throw out the weeds & set positive intentions. This is fun!


430PM – 5PM: DEEP YOGA NIDRA RELAXATION IN A RESTORATIVE POSITION OF YOUR CHOICE
