We pay for dysfunction with pain but the price is worth it because our bodies are telling us to do something about it.

When we take action and get back to full health, often we feel better than ever with added body awareness and insights/ tools for movement Often we're told to take it easy when there's pain but our bodies are dying of lack of motion. Consult your doctor if you have any doubts or ongoing injury before taking part in any movement programs

Lack of motion adds to decreased physical activity. We are as young as our spines and everything from the top of our heads to the tips of our toes affects this

On this mini rehab course we will go through safe and affective exercises to create freedom in our bodies and rehabilitate compensations/ dominant side issues/ Trigger points to bring us to equilibrium and Excell at whatever our chosen fitness class/ sport/ every day life movement is this is nothing like a Pilates class.

No previous experience required You'll need: Wall space A mat A chair (any size) Two or four pillows (or yoga blocks)l
