We were put here to share the world with each other - and that means to share the bad as well as the good. When one part of Earth is under threat, we all are, and even when we feel powerless, we can always do something. We can show solidarity to those in Australia facing the most violent and destructive wildfires the continent has ever seen, by coming together for a slow flow and sound meditation event. Let's raise money and raise spirits for those at their lowest ebb and deepest suffering, and let's empower ourselves to do more to help the struggle. A problem shared is a problem halved and whatever we raise for this event, Hot Yoga Dublin will double.
