Join susan Fridays in February for an evening of blissful relaxation.

Each evening we will begin to calm the mind by bringing awareness to the breath. Our yin practice will stretch and apply gentle stress to the body in a slow and considered way. We will use props to support these poses, allowing the body to surrender to a deeper practice of presence. This part of the evening aims to ease and release deeply held tension in the physical body and unleash stagnant or blocked energy.

Each evening session will close with a restorative yoga sequence to support the body allowing it to relax and heal. Prepare to feel spacious, calm and ready for a good night’s sleep.

This course is suitable for everyone. Complete beginners welcome! Just wear something you are comfortable moving in and bring your cosiest socks for relaxation!
