Friday, September 20, 2019
06:30 PM - 08:30 PM
Hot Yoga Dublin
Unit 5, Block 4, Burnell Green, Northern Cross, Malahide Road, Dublin 17
Teaching Yoga for 16 years, Niamh is also one of Ireland's longest standing teachers of Yin Yoga, and a Thai Massage therapist. Taking the traditional Yin practice, enriched by Restorative postures, and adding to it her expert hands, she will offer (optional) releasing, healing, and wise touch inspired by Alexander Technique, Thai Massage and the Puja Method, to awaken, inform, and ease your body.
This is also a great forum for teachers who want to experience the practice with new insights, based on intimate awareness of our body, but also on biomechanical research around the science of stretch.
"Niamh is a gifted teacher. She has a unique way of leading her students to really inhabit their body." Sue Flamm, Senior Yoga teacher.
“Niamh’s teaching approach is person-centered, empowering and underpinned by a depth of knowledge which makes the experience compelling and life-changing.” Dr Fiona Chambers, Secretary General of International Assoc for Physical Education at 3rd Level
“I felt both held, and empowered. I loved the balance of philosophy and humour. I am delighted to have found such a wise teacher to attend” Aoife (Ifa Ni M), Yoga Teacher
